Elon has PR people.

Two reasons this is in the news.

A good brag. "Oh, Elon just woke up this morning and decided to buy Twitter!"
People were suggesting that Elon bought it to prop-up Twitter--and the cabal-- just as Soros bought a bunch of Elon's debt when it looked like Musk was going bankrupt.
