You can disagree that there isn't a child porn crisis (you'd be wrong but you can) but why not still agree that people filming it and such get heftier punishments... while they are within the same subject, they aren't dependent on one another. You dont have to believe there is a crisis to believe the people that are doing it still deserve worse punishment
