The only defense I heard was some (self-admittedly) fringe hypothetical situation where someone attempts to pirate a tv show, falls victim to an evil prank by accidentally downloading MB's worth of child pornography. Has this actually happened? Like an actual indictment and conviction? Asking for a friend.
