I figured it might end up connecting to this:

check out the next image below showing more US Air Force flights off of the coast of Norfolk, Virginia, the destination of the Ever Forward before it got 'stuck', and out into the Atlantic Ocean, another sign of something going on that 'We the American people' aren't being told about.
