Well since Disney World is run by the Reedy Creek Improvement District which is a town owned and operated by Disney they don't have to disclose shit to anyone including the state of Florida. This is why Florida needs to revoke Reedy Creek Improvement District and return the management of Disney's property to Orange country and the state of Florida. This would mean they could not add a toilet to there property without permission from Orange County let alone an entire :affordable housing" project.
