Devolution isn’t based on Q drops.

Is the Q clock generally regarded as the MAP that Q refers to?

It's true that Devolution isn't based on Q-drops, but I think the Q-drops were meant to inform us of certain things and to spread misinformation to distract the cabal, so that Devolution could be implemented as silently as possible.
