All are loudly proclaiming they tested positive, but have little to no symptoms.

They broadcast their POSITIVE status on the largest public media platforms they can for wide dissemination. Then they PROMOTE THE VACCINE.

No one is actually sick at all. This is just some sort of comms, either the one Q told us or something entirely different. Only time will tell.
