Indeed. The only humanitarian aid given is the reception of " refugees" who can travel under Schengen freely to EU, get boarding and lodging, have their medical paid for out of public funds ( CAK), allowed to work so Hema and other short on staff regions of the economy can start shouting for joy. The kids can go to school and SVB in the Netherlands will pay for their initial costs ....

And if they overstay .... well .... no problem ....
