Exactly. I think of Haiti as an example. Millions of Americans donated billions to the Haiti Relief Fund and then the Clinton's and others gifted it all. Haiti is no better off and probably worse off, due to the "generosity" of the American people and those around the world who donated to care for "those in need." They just didn't realize it was the Clintons that had the need and created the means to extract the money.

The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) was set up for this exact purpose. When Trump was elected, they shut it down. Just this year, they started it back up.
