Yes, it is quite peculiar how this so called bird flu recognizes state boundaries so well. The last fowl ‘genocide’ I’m aware of occurred statewide in Wisconsin and Iowa.

Brings to mind dozens of arbitrary rules we have witnessed in recent history. Way too many to cite. They think we all have jellyfish for brains.
