So it would seem that these "he's shot" comments are either alluding to Biden having already been shot (tribunals already occurred, sentence already carried out?) or will be shot (by whom, under whose orders?)... but when I hear "Now he's shot. He's got like half of his head left and he's shot" my immediate thought is JFK being shot and having half of his head blown away. Is it possible that these comments are more allusions to JFK related stuff, rather than to Biden? Or possibly echoes for both? Either way, very weird phrasing... who says that somebody is "shot"? Most would say something more like "he's done" or "it's over" etc...
