It really is the only way to explain this number's occurrence having a frequency that is this far beyond any statistical probability...

Look up the 23 Enigma. When you give special significance to a number you see it everywhere and tune out other numbers. It gets to the point where it seems everyone is in on it.

Same phenomenon when you get a new car and start seeing them everywhere. Well, you always saw them before too but they just didn’t have significance for you to notice them.
