Unless Jack Maxey is in a place where he can get this material it would be hard to believe him anyway. I actually was not listening to him about the lap top because anyone can say they have material from the lap top. So I do not think you are wrong about him being a fraud. The only thing that makes me think it is possible is the fact he would be killed for the information he is putting out and so far he is still alive.
