This video looks familiar. I think I saw it or at least very similar ones when these claims were peddled via 4g scare stories.
Causing effects via broadcast EM (as opposed to directed EM) is very hard because of the inverse square law. If you are within about a meter of the transmitter, you could receive enough energy to cause DNA changes. If specifically directed and attuned, you could probably do it to alter specific genes. I haven't seen this level ofanipulation, though, and it would have to be directed EM.
If you think about nano particles or nanomachines, an antenna for 3/4/5g couldn't generate enough energy to supply those particles or machines what they need to do any dirty work, either. They would first have to overcome the thermal inertia in the saline brine solution that is our biology.
The 3/4/5g is there for surveillance via iot, not as a direct method of control or poisonong. That's done through social pressure, mantra conditioning, and chemical injections.
I don't believe the EMFs are safe. They are trying to kill us in every way imaginable.
The sun absolutely saturates us in EMF. You are exposed to more increased EMF on a six hour plane ride than what you experience in a year in an American urban setting.

Inverse square law reins supreme in this space. God didn’t make a mistake when he established the pjysics we are bound to. We are simply too far from the various transmitters to be harmed by them and most of them (e.g. your home wifi transmitter) are simply too low power to overcome our body's protection. And, if the EMF was additive to other EMF to somehow overpower our bodies, it wouldn't function for our devices, either.
Fear of technology based on EMF is controlled agitprop. It's designed to divide and make you fear the wrong things. For instance, look at the damage that repetive low-pressure waves can do to mammals (and birds) and then look at windmills. That would be far more effective at passively hurting a population than widespread broadcast EMF could ever hope to be.
This isn't about the suns radiation, is about millimetre length RF which will be highly concentrated into our homes and workplaces by beamforming.
Nobody knows what the effects will be over a period of years so this is a radiological experiment on us which is in contravention of the Nuremburg Code of 1947.
This code carries with it the death penalty and the defence of "only following orders" is invalid.
The sun emits that same wavelength of radiation, in addition to all of the other radiation it emits. And it does so 24/7.
Beamforming means that they'd be directing that transmission AWAY from your body so that it clearly hits your wifi station and has minimal interference.
