Explain? Nothing here indicates POTUS. You can be a VIP without being POTUS.

Oh your probably right. I just find it interesting that this TFR might just be for President Trump. Sure anyone who is a non-government VIP also might could have a TFR issued to protect them in addition to others like the vice President, certain members of congress, SCOTUS, and/or other government individuals.
