I say provide a list of all liberal states and place them on buses to those states and D.C.: for example Washington, Oregon, California, D.C., Delaware, Connecticut, Vermont. By taking a bus, they get to enjoy the scenic view, the vastness of the U.S., the varying climates, the flora and fauna!
