Many times, But given the VP seat track record, I believe JB is the big guy. Look at the similarities between JB and Dick Cheney, as well as other previous VPs, Lyndon B Johnson, Reagen, etc.

VP has a lot more opportunity than POTUS. All eyes are on POTUS, not VP, what better spot to be in for DS? Cheney essentially started a decades long war and profited from it.

Now their own corruption was used against them to back them in to a corner and get JB in POTUS seat. Now JB is in the hot seat, publicly shamed by the country and taking the heat for all of it.
