I don't trust local meat markets to provide real organic beef-no growth hormones, no antobiotics and NO cannibal feeds.. I am 76 YO, been comfortable anywhere meat is served at friends/families houses and only mildly amused at the question "What DO you eat?"... What this shit does is open the door for deliberate seeding of _____ 'for the better good'...
