Yes, but not inextricably linked as yet. If Ruussia loses, Biden is bought and paid for by. CCP. CcP occupy Russia. All speculation anyway. Russia,don't even have to need or manpower to occupy Ukraine let alone parts of EU. But yes, Globalists are itching for ww3 and look like they'll do anything to get it.
