I don't know about that. It would have to go through an awful lot of underground shit to go from a D.U.M.B. all the way up to street level and make that kind of boom. I think it is much more likely something closer to the surface. Manhattan is riddled with tunnels (subways, sewers, underground train stations, underground shops, etc.).
