it's more of a rhetorical question for those who entertain this nonsense. Because there's a big difference between "coming out day" and "post-op day". What makes them "now a woman?" - the announcement, the hormones, the surgery? It's important to know. Since it's merely a social construct, then it's all just a state of mind, right? Then why bother with surgery? why bother even trying to look like a woman, when it's just a matter of changing your mind?
