The Constitution of the United States states there shall be no cruel and unusual punishment. What you suggest flatly falls within the realm of cruel and unusual punishment, not only for the agents, but also their families?! The point of such scenarios is only for cruelty, and that will poison the heart of those who fantasize about such things. But the bottom line is such executions would blatantly violate the Constitution.
Agreed. There’s a proper way, this one suggests something out of a horror movie. We all want the pound of flesh but even I feel this is a tad bit extreme. Put them on trial, seize all assets that were accrued during their held position (whatever that may be) sentence them and hopefully most will be executed swiftly. Somehow ensure that surviving family members - even generations down don’t plot revenge or continue where those executed left off.
