I have heard rumors and I'll see if I can find the story of Disney cruise line employee's seeing children on the ship usually black that don't belong to guests and are not English speakers. I would assume Haitian kids possibly and maybe sending them out on an "excursion" was nothing more than a human cargo transfer to the island?
