I made that point earlier. Kids have been seen by staff that are NOT guest, black, and speak another language maybe Haitian? If a child passenger went missing on a Disney or any cruise ship it tends to make headlines. I would assume if you're doing a snorkeling excursion right next to pedo island it would be very easy to shuttle trafficked kids to the island unnoticed.
