This sounds like David Straight. He is the Lin Wood of Financial side of stuff. He calls out the most outrageous sounding things, but perhaps he is just a bit ahead of the time for declass. I get a feeling he is very knowledgable but might also be embellishing a bit.

There is some indication that he was indeed appointed to task forces by Trump. His account of Trump's reaction to stopping voter fraud seems the most credible in light of devolution.
