From my understanding of going over the actual ATF "rule change" the last several hours myself, it didn't actually ban 80% guns. All it did was formally enact a previous ATF ruling that "Buy, Build, Shoot" Kits are "firearms". Companies that don't sale everything in a single kit, ala Polymer 80, and instead make you purchase all the crap you need to build an 80% gun separately aren't affected at all by this. At least, that's my understanding after wading through the legalize and political double speak
