Another thing. He was talking about the stability of the mRNA. Where they have it stabilized in 2 different ways to help it survive long enough to reach cells. Maybe that's the reason they have to store it at such cold temperatures, to stabilize it further.

Now it makes more sense why the purpose of OWS was to force rush the vaxxes before the infrastructure could be adapted to handle the logistics. It forced them to cut all kinds of corners in quality control so in the long run it would be less effective.
