In this clip, the man holding up the symbol with the ruby ring to boot details all of the inconsistencies about how JFK was killed. He then says "Why was Kennedy killed, who benefited, who has the power to cover it up."
The moment he says who has the power to cover it up he flashes this sign with the Ruby ring. They are basically saying "This is who has the power to cover it up"

There have been recent interviews with him, very interesting as new stuff has been released since the making of this movie.
Yes but him showing this symbol in the movie makes me think he's controlled opposition. This is extremely subtle and seemingly just a nod to his handlers.
Its quite possible in 1991 he was under the Cabal control, but might have been freed now.
