Like literally right after the shooting stops, reality pauses and Hogg walks out onto the loading deck and does the slow walk towards the camera doing the hand gestures and stuff, pointing to incapped victims and saying shit like, "the next random shooting could have you like this guy or worse!" sad music and camera fade to black.
