Me too , when they shut down around the 15th of March and no one was aloud outside I went out more than I ever have , I live in San Diego I walked the beach along the boardwalk every evening, honest to God there are usually hundreds or thousands walking every evening , I was the only one out, it was one of the craziest things I ever lived through, all the houses built practically on the sand had giant flat screens going with all the covid lie on it , I looked in windows at people as I walked by and really couldn't believe it , but I thought it would only last a couple weeks , when it got worse for months and months I was literally astounded that I lived amongst this many stupid people , I still am ! I really enjoyed those times when I felt like I had the city to myself. I will say after a couple weeks the cops got really crazy and I had to be careful ducking down side streets if I saw a flashlight once the sun went down ,, it really is sad but even more ,, a disgrace that this many people were so deceived .. it's actually frightening that nearly no one where I live is awake enough to not figure this out ,, it's really indescribable!
Used to live in SD. Everyone drinks the Kool aid hard out there. Beautiful weather and bomb ass cali burritos but other than that you can keep it. Had so many surreal absurd experiences there and that is supposedly more right leaning than most cities there
I know SD is right leaning and to me it's as left as can b , I'm kind of stuck here for now, but oh I dream of a little cabin in the woods ! When did you escape ? We're u here long ?
