Exactly mah point. The declaration of independence does not articulate or enumerate the law regarding "constitutional carry".
Rofl. How can you have "constitutional carry" when you don't have a constitution yet?
Every rooster and his hen knows that the Dec of Ind. was signed in 1776.
I don't think we're disagreeing here, are we?
All I said was, that the right pre-existed either the Declaration or the Constitution, but that it was the Constitution that made it into LAW.
