how exactly does a nation that has lost 80-90% of its military assets and is undergoing invasion manages to apprehend, secure, and detain a high profile russian prisoner? Where is he held? Who is he held by? What is stopping Russia from just taking him back - Ukraine's military is essentially nonexistent at this point.
