Lot’s of areas out in the west are considered to be portals. Most well known one is the Vatican controlled mountain that’s telescope is “LUCIFER” or something close to that. Haven’t heard of Rushmore being one though.
yes, there are multiple places, and someone here had a name for the portal. and knew how they were related; ley lines perhaps??
story was similar to this, that the portal was like a door to heaven;
