Government crackdown on all reporting. Only state controlled media allowed to operate in the Ukraine. Apparently it's extended to private citizens. Additionally, it's been reported that the 11 opposing political parties have been disbanded/outlawed(?) by the current regime. Not the actions of a Government looking out for it's people.
As I understand it, the Ukrainian government is trying to get ahead of the Azov Nazis taking videos of their torture and butchery of prisoners-of-war and posting them out of pride. Sort of spoils the "Innocent Ukraine" trope.
