It's fascinating. And although I think he might be reaching on a few things, he makes some extremely compelling arguments in the second half that cause me to give more credence to the initial speculation about the term nuclear meaning comms.
This guy seems to be saying that nuclear bombs are fake. I used to work with a guy who was a geophysicist. He was present, on board a ship, when a nuke was detonated on a Pacific atol (I forget its name). He told me that many people who witnessed the explosion became ill with radiation sickness. I have no reason to doubt him.
Yeah thats where I think he may be reaching the most. Anyway I'm open to anything these days. Our whole world is made of lies wrapped around a few uncomfortable truths it seems.

A lengthy read and the English is poor in places ("I've went") with typos, incorrect grammar and missing words.
