Wow, willing to buy the entire company....... very interesting.
My initial opinion about this was that it was just another one of his pump and dump schemes, but if he's willing to buy out the whole company then idk. Maybe he's addicted to twitter and has the money to protect himself from getting the Trump treatment on his favorite internet toy.
still could be a pump and dump, a move like this will certainly make the 'dump' portion worth alot more once Twitter inevitably refuses his offer.
