Sun offers $60 per share to take the platform private. States that they fully support reform initiatives of @elonmusk and would love to see Twitter becomming cyrpto-native and Web3 friendly.

(edit - title says $60 billion, really it's $60 per share. I am not sure on the total amount)

As you said, I think it’s a delay tactic. They board can claim to have a better offer to evaluate (even if it’s a sham).
