You can bet the next dozen or more FFs will also have all camera's not working.

The NYC subway cameras were turned off so the producer of the FF could set up the crisis actors to their spots. One woman pours fake blood from a bag, a guy holding up a "shot victim" looks towards a producer for what they are supposed to do next, one lady (another producer) is walking up and down the subway platform "mindlessly", etc.

Only idiots don't see the "crisis" actors playing their parts in this movie.
