My midwife suggested papaya seeds for heartburn, as I said nothing seems to help mine, including apple cider vinegar. So I looked it up and lo and behold papaya seeds are also anti parasite.
I also drink aloe vera juice and it calms acid instantly. It's also very comforting.
I’ll have to try that. I’ve also found that eating about 10-15 large grapes before bed helps. But I don’t always have grapes on hand.
