I reduced my symptoms 80-90% just by eating a bit of yogurt at night.
What kind of yogurt?
Mountain High Yogurt (vanilla) was recommended by my naturopath. Eat with fresh blueberries and walnuts. Walnuts are a pre-biotic. Blueberries are crazy good for you. Also, get probiotics. Make sure they are in the refrigerated section at your health food store.
I second Georges Aloe Vera juice...tastes like water and makes the tummy feel great. Also doc had me take zinc (heals stomach problems) and Dr. Gundry's Total Restore...lots of natural things in it. Also, if you lack the coating in your stomach, DGL licorice (chew, chew, chew mixing with saliva until your mouth is full then swallow) and Slippery Elm (I buy NOW brand) do amazing things. Oh, and lots of Vit C.
Obligatory not medical advice....but that's what healed me.
