if he buys the company he is buying the whole thing, all stock included

the only argument they could make is that twitters is currently undervalued, they could also have people like vanguard buy up a load of stock to drive the price up(vanguard are now the biggest shareholder)

musk wins either way though, if they push the price up musk can sell his stock at a large profit
