There are different fire extingishers for different fires. You can't use water on electrical or greese fires, you need CO2 and powders to blow out the bottom. There might be a few fire trucks that have the foams needed for these lithum fires. Just need to let them burn out.

I have seen plenty of e-cigarette (18650) battery vent videos to realize the potential in one of those battery banks. Pretty sure I don't want to be sitting on a huge bank of those.
