This is the dilemma, there are many that say Twitter should be deemed a ‘utility’, affectively making it Gov controlled (which really is no different than it is today!).

Section 230 folks, that’s where all the shit goes.

Now I can understand why Trump didnot touch section 230. When there are way to handle this without involving government, why not use that.
