My pastor is dedicating our Easter prayers to the “victims” in Ukraine. I’m taking a break this year (and may start looking at other churches). If he hadn’t done a lot for my family when we moved into town I would have let him have a piece of my mind.
Sadly we had the same thing happen at our church. Pastor started railing on Putin as the bad guy. Took everything I had to not get up and leave but I waited til afterward and just told him that wherever he's getting his info is turrible and he had this about 180 degrees bassackwards.
Next week we come in, his sons are asking me Questions and he was too. It was amazing. Even have his wife using Ivermectin. Good times.
Might be a good time to help educate him. Lots of conservative normies can't see through the veil. Keep in mind, we on this forum are far more aware than others about the true machinations of the world. Edit: and to his credit, the citizens of Ukraine are victims, but not of Russian forces, but the azov battalion and Ukraine forces who they thought were there to protect the civilians.
