Possibly the economic implosion from the Evergrande scenario is finally coming to fruition. They need an event to blame the economic destruction on. Real estate market and property values are about to tank big time. All those Chinese people that invested the retirement / life savings into real estate sector are going to lose everything. There are 25 million people in Shanghai, they will be pissed off.
