Hence the SEC / FTC / FCC failures.

SEC - Allowing clear monopolies thus deprecating their function / charter

FTC - Refusing to disclose / investigate clear conflict of interest in Vertical and Horizontal Monopolistic Practices

FCC - Clear evidence of election meddling and preventing of the free flow of information based on financial interests.

Each failed as they have been subverted
