I live in south Jersey. Yes, Philly mask restrictions for indoor businesses, public transportation, and schools went back into affect this week. My parents and siblings live in the city. Three weeks ago, the public schools announced that the masks were coming back after Easter because they were predicting an outbreak from Easter gatherings and festivities.

My neighbor's sister is a contractor for the government in Philly and was told that the restrictions for them not apply since the government follows CDC guidelines and Philly does something else. This is making more sense now.
