There is, however, absolutely a limitation on punishment, because once they're dead you can't do anything to them. Why does that matter? Hillary is 74 years old and wasn't in particularly good health the last time I saw her being loaded into a van by her aids. Biden is 79 years old and probably isn't mentally competent to do anything other than pick his pudding flavor.
