Will the CIA allow the buy-out? We all know Twitter is being massively subsidized by OUR TAX DOLLARS through the CIA info-gathering and DARPA development. Will they allow the buy-out? Will the board honor their fiduciary responsibilities to it's shareholders?

Status Quo or is it time for Twitter to go?
