Just curious what is a normal loss each year and what percentage does this represent

Don't know what normal would be, but it's been going on for years. When I moved out of NC two years ago the guy at uhaul said he could rent the truck and trailer to me for free if I'd take it to California. They were having to pay people to take trucks back to CA. And if you would agree to drop it off in Southern California they would basically rent it to you for free.

I didn't do it as I want to never come anywhere near that crapstorm.
